Gracie Eglehofer, Veterinary Assistant

Gracie grew up in Felton, and was raised around horses from the age of 3. Her fondest memories involve her golden retrievers, her parents, and being a wild child with her horse. Deciding to remain close to her family, Gracie studied at UCSC, and recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature with an emphasis in creative writing. Gracie’s parents own and run a small-animal mobile Veterinary practice, so her love of animals stemmed from the many critters she was blessed to grow up with. Gracie has helped ride and train Warmbloods of all ages at Trilogy Farm since 2006; she continues to learn valuable skills from her employer as well as the many equine personalities.  Gracie enjoys a relaxing ride on her QH/Appy mare, Sassy, who she’s had for 12 years. At home, Gracie enjoys drawing, reading, jigsaw puzzles, and cuddling up with her orange tabby cat named Harlowe.
